Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Lamb - 24.7 oz
  • Onion - 7.1 oz
  • Water - 3 qt
  • Mung Beans - 7.1 oz
  • Rice - 4.6 oz
  • Basil - 3.5 oz
  • Cilantro - 3.5 oz
  • Scallions - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Matsoni - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the meat into small pieces.
