Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3 glasses
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Yogurt powder - ½ glasses
- Dry yeast - 2 spoons
- Baking Powder - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Suluguni Cheese - 8.8 oz
- Adyghe cheese - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the flour, olive oil, beaten egg, yogurt, yeast, baking powder, sugar, and salt until smooth (if the dough is too dry, add water to make it elastic). Knead for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Place the resulting dough in a plastic container and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Step 3
Remove the dough, divide it into three parts, and roll out circles with a maximum thickness of 0.5 cm. Then transfer the circles to a pre-greased baking sheet.
Step 4
Grate the cheese and mix it well. Distribute it evenly among three flatbreads.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
