Step by Step guide
Step 1
Drizzle the bell peppers with olive oil and roast them in the oven at 329°F, covered with foil, until cooked through.
Step 2
Remove the skin and seeds from the pepper.
Step 3
Marinate it in 50 ml of olive oil with salt, garlic, thyme, and white wine vinegar. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Step 4
