Ingredients
- Bone marrow bones - 17.6 oz
- Honey-Mustard Dressing - 1 fl oz
- Rye Bread - 2.1 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 7 fl oz
- Honey - 3.5 oz
- Ground coriander - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1.8 oz
- Marinade - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pick through the cilantro, rinse it, and dry it. Finely chop it. Mix together the oyster sauce, 50 grams of honey, and 100 grams of olive oil. Refrigerate for one hour.
Step 2
Mix honey, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Step 3
Brush the bones with the marinade sauce and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 356°F.
Step 4
Serve with honey-mustard sauce and toasted rye bread.
