- Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ginger - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Brown Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Soy Sauce - 6 tablespoons
- Brandy - 3 tablespoons
- Water - 1½ cups
- Potato protein - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken liver and marinate for 1 to 2 hours. To prepare the marinade, mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce with brandy, brown sugar, and salt.

Chop the ginger and garlic.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thin rings.
Step 4
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Step 5
Dissolve the starch in water and mix it with the soy sauce.
Step 6
In a hot pan, quickly sauté the ginger and garlic in vegetable oil. Add the onion and cook for another minute. Then add the bell pepper, and after another minute, add the liver. Pour in the soy sauce mixture with starch and water, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
