Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 8 pieces
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Green peppercorns - 2 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 2 pieces
- Cumin leaves - to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 3 tablespoons
- Ground clove - 2 pieces
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Olive Oil - ½ liter
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the eggs in cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes. Place under cold running water. Peel and place in a jar.
Step 2
Peel the garlic, separate into cloves, and place in a pot with vinegar. Add cumin, minced ginger, chili peppers, cloves, peppercorns, and parsley to the marinade. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 3
Pour the hot marinade over the eggs. Add olive oil. Close the jar and leave in a cool place for a day. During the day, turn the jar upside down 2-3 times.
