Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 9 lbs
- Salt - 4.8 oz
- Malt Vinegar - 1 qt
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Bay leaf - 8 pieces
- Ground clove - 16 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and place them in a pot. Add 125 ml of salt and cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 25 minutes. Drain and cool.
Step 2
In a small pot, pour in the vinegar, add the remaining salt and garlic. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Place the mushrooms in sterilized jars, then pour in the marinade. Add 1 bay leaf and 2 cloves to each jar. Seal tightly.
