  • Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
  • Sugar - ½ tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the skin and bones from the salmon and rinse it under cold water.

Step 2

Take a sharp knife and slice the salmon into thin pieces, arranging them on a plate in rows.

Step 3

Drizzle the fish with the juice of two lemons and olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper, then top with herbs.

Step 4

Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then serve it on pancakes or toasted black bread, previously drizzled with olive oil.
