  • Ocean salt - 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 3 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground clove - 1 teaspoon
  • Herbes de Provence - 1 tablespoon

Step 1

Wash the sardines, remove the insides, salt them, and sprinkle with spices.

Step 3

Close the lid and shake. Marinate the sardines for 12 hours in the refrigerator. During this time, shake the container every 3-4 hours.

Step 4
