  • Yellow Cherry Tomatoes - 2 lbs
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Water - 1.3 cups
  • Champagne Vinegar - 4 cups
  • Sugar - ¼ cup
  • Coarse Salt - 1½ teaspoons
  • Green peppercorns - ¾ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the stems off the peppers and wash them well. Dry and place them in glass jars. Add the bay leaves, garlic cloves, and peppercorns.

Step 2

In a saucepan, mix the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat and let the sugar dissolve.
