- Green peppercorns - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Coriander essential oil - 0.2 oz
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Salt - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Fillet the anchovy, which means to remove the head, innards, and backbone.
