  • Champagne Vinegar - 7 fl oz
  • Water - 7 fl oz
  • Green peppercorns - 0.2 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
  • Coriander essential oil - 0.2 oz
  • Bay leaf - to taste
  • Dill - to taste
  • Salt - 0.2 oz

Fillet the anchovy, which means to remove the head, innards, and backbone.
