- Wild Garlic Greens - 100 pieces
- Brown Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Vinegar essence - 1 qt
- Pickles - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the top part of the wild garlic so that the root and stem are about 25 cm long. Prepare about 50–100 pieces depending on the size of the jar. Trim the roots and rinse well under cold water.
Step 2
Sterilize the jar with the lid in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Place the wild garlic in the hot sterilized jar and add the spices. Pour the hot marinade into the jar to the top and seal tightly with the lid. Turn the jar upside down and let it cool. Then transfer to the refrigerator.
