Ingredients

  • Dried Chinese mushrooms - 1.2 oz
  • Boiling water - 1½ l
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 0.9 oz
  • Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 0.5 oz
  • Spanish onions - 2.5 oz
  • Toasted Sesame - 2 tablespoons
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2.5 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons

Soak the mushrooms in boiling water and cover with a lid.

Dress with the prepared sauce, mix, then refrigerate for several hours (overnight is fine).
