  • Butter - 6 tablespoons
  • Milk - to taste
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 2.1 oz
  • Truffle Oil - 2 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, about 25 minutes. Drain, let cool slightly, and peel. Return to the same pot. Add the butter and mascarpone and mash everything together until smooth.

Step 2

Add hot milk to reach your desired consistency, truffle oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
