Ingredients
- Matcha - 0.1 oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Coconut Milk - 7 fl oz
- Ice - 1.8 oz
- Marinated cherries - 6 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine matcha powder (1 teaspoon) with hot water (70–176°F) and whisk with a milk frother or in a blender.
Step 2
Frozen ice will be needed in advance.
Step 3
Remove the pits from the cherries.
Step 4
You will need the cherries cut in half.
Step 5
Crush them with a chef's knife.
Step 6
In a deep glass, combine 2/3 of the ice and the cherries.
Step 7
Pour in the coconut milk.
Step 8
Then add the remaining ice.
Step 9
Pour in the matcha.
Step 10
Insert a wide straw into the drink and serve.
