- Hops - 0.2 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.2 oz

Boil water with honey and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and hops; stir, remove from heat, and cool to 104°F.
Step 3
Add yeast, cover, and leave for 5 days at 77°F. Then strain, pour into bottles, and refrigerate for another 5 days.
