- Manchego cheese - 7.1 oz
- Date honey - 3 tablespoons
- Olives stuffed with lemon - ½ jar
- Ground Coffee - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Arrange the prosciutto somewhat chaotically at one end of a wooden board, inserting toothpicks into several pieces.
Step 2
At the other end, place the manchego or a similar sheep's cheese. It’s better not to cut the manchego, but to break it into uneven pieces using a teaspoon.
Step 3
Drizzle the cheese with acacia honey.
Step 4
Place the olives in the center and set any sauce for the cheese in a small dipping bowl.
Step 5
