- Meat - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 0.4 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
- Dill - 0.2 oz
- Cheese Spread - 0.2 oz
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the broth from the meat and water.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds, dip them in salted boiling water, and boil for 5 minutes, then remove and let dry.
Step 3
Meanwhile, chop the meat and sauté it with the onion, then pass through a meat grinder, mix with chopped herbs and the egg, stuff the cucumbers, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with butter, and bake.
Step 4
Just before serving, place the stuffed cucumbers in the hot broth.
