Ingredients

  • Meat - 17.6 oz
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • Apple - 2 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the meat, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, add salt, and cook until done. Remove the meat and chop it in a blender.

Step 2

Chop the carrot and onion and sauté in butter, adding flour.

Step 3

Strain the broth and add the sautéed vegetables to it.

Step 4

Peel the tomatoes, peel the apples, and slice them.

Step 5

Add the tomatoes and apples to the soup and cook for 30 minutes. Blend the soup, add the meat, salt, pepper, and bring to a boil.
