- Lean Beef - 7.1 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
- Paprika - 0.2 oz
- Turmeric - 0.2 oz
- Ground Cumin - 1 tablespoon
- Garam Masala - 0.2 oz
- Cayenne Pepper - 2.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Yogurt powder - 2 fl oz
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Dough for dumplings - 10.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the ground beef until browned. Add grated ginger, minced garlic, chili, paprika, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, cayenne pepper, and finely chopped onion. Fry for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add yogurt and simmer for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add finely chopped cilantro.
Step 3
Take the dough, roll it out very thinly, and cut it into 12 long strips, each 6 centimeters wide. Place the filling at the edge of each strip and fold it over at an angle to form a triangular envelope.
Step 4
Fry in heated oil until golden brown.
