Ingredients

  • Beef - 24.7 oz
  • Servelat - 7.1 oz
  • Pork tenderloin - 7.1 oz
  • Hunter's Sausages - 7.1 oz
  • Carrot - 5.3 oz
  • Onion - 5.3 oz
  • Pickled Cauliflower - 7.1 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 5 teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Lemon - to taste
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Smoked Chicken - 7.1 oz
  • Sausages - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cover the beef with water and boil for 1.5 hours (over medium heat, with the lid on, skimming off any foam). Then let the meat cool and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrot using a medium grater. Cut the cucumbers into sticks.

Step 3

Cut the meat delicacies into cubes or strips and lightly sauté them.

Step 4

In vegetable oil, sauté the onions, then add the carrots and sauté briefly. Add the cucumbers and cook for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the tomato paste and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Step 5

Add the meat delicacies and beef to the boiling broth. Cook for 5–7 minutes. Then, add the sautéed onions, carrots, and cucumbers. Pour in 0.5 cup of cucumber brine. Cook for another 5–7 minutes.

Step 6

Then add the bay leaf, pepper, olives, and herbs. Let it steep for 15–20 minutes. When serving, add a slice of lemon to each plate.
