  • Onion - 1 head
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Pearl barley - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour cold water over the beef and bring to a boil. Drain the water, rinse the meat, add fresh water, and cook for 3 hours. Add salt.

Step 2

Add the carrot, onion, and barley groats to the broth. Cook for 30 minutes.

Step 3
