  • Onion - 5.8 oz
  • Celery salt - 7.1 oz
  • Allspice berries - 8 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1.6 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Sauerkraut - 31.7 oz

Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.

Add the sauerkraut. Stir and cook for another 15 minutes.
