Ingredients

  • Pork Neck - 24.7 oz
  • Pork chop with bone - 14.1 oz
  • Onion - 5.8 oz
  • Celery salt - 7.1 oz
  • Allspice berries - 8 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1.6 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Sauerkraut - 31.7 oz

Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.

Place the meat in a baking dish.

Put it in the oven preheated to 356°F.

After 35 minutes, transfer the roasted meat to a large pot.

Add 3.5 liters of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
