- Veal Mince - 10.6 oz
- Potato - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the meatballs, finely chop the herbs and add them to the ground meat along with a raw egg. Season to taste and mix well. From this mixture, form small balls.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped potatoes to the boiling water.
Step 3
You can prepare the soup with or without sautéing; I prefer it without. Finely chop the carrot and onion, and add them to the boiling water along with the partially cooked potatoes.
Step 4
Finally, add the meatballs, and you can also season the soup, for example, with a pinch of sweet paprika; it will be very delicious.
Step 5
After adding the meatballs, let the soup simmer for another 15–20 minutes. I recommend serving it with sour cream.
