Ingredients
- Beef - 14.1 oz
- Spinach - 14.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4.2 oz
- Walnuts - 2.1 oz
- Spelt - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lay the beaten beef in a thin layer on plastic wrap.
Step 2
Wash the spinach and drain it in a colander.
Step 3
Dry the spinach with a paper towel and chop it finely.
Step 4
Place the spinach on the meat.
Step 5
Add the cream cheese on top of the spinach.
Step 6
Chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the cheese.
Step 7
Roll it up into a log.
Step 8
Wrap the log in foil and boil it in water for 15–20 minutes.
Step 9
Remove the log, take it out of the wrap and foil.
Step 10
Cook the spelt.
Step 11
Slice the roll diagonally and place it on a bed of spelt and spinach.
Step 12
Serve.
