- Potato - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, make the meatballs. To do this, grate the onion on a fine grater, beat the egg, and finely chop the herbs. Mix all of this with the ground meat, season with salt, and shape the mixture into small balls.
Step 2
Boil the meatballs for 2-3 minutes, then drain the water to ensure the broth is clear and transparent. Pour 1 liter of boiled water over the meatballs, add finely chopped potatoes, and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the carrot into matchsticks, dice the onion, and sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil. Then add them to the soup and simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with finely chopped herbs.
