- Chickpea - 15.9 oz
- Olive Oil - 0.3 cup
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Pitted olives - 8 pieces
- Celery stalk - 1 stalk
- French Baguette - 12 pieces

Step 1
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, 1/4 cup of olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sliced olives, and finely chopped celery. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
