Ingredients
- Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Watermelon - 5 lbs
- Lime Juice - 4 fl oz
- Ice - to taste
- Raspberry leaves - 12.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, puree the peeled melon flesh until smooth. Then strain through a sieve into a pitcher, squeezing out all the juice — you should get about 720 ml of juice.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and lime juice. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Add the lime syrup to the melon juice and 960 ml of water. Add more sugar if needed.
Step 4
Before serving, add the raspberries and ice. Gently stir and serve.
