- Watermelon - 1 piece
- Toasts - 4 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Mint - 1 bunch

Step 1
Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Use a special spoon to scoop out 20 balls from the flesh and place them in the refrigerator.
