  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Natural Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
  • Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
  • Corn Cobs - 4 pieces
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4 tablespoons
  • Lime - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, and chili powder.

Step 3

Place the corn cobs on the grill and cook until grill marks appear, turning occasionally, for 8–12 minutes.

Step 4

Immediately brush the corn with the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Step 5

Serve with lime wedges.
