Ingredients
- White Cabbage - 6 lbs
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Coriander Seeds - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
- Chili Peppers - 2 pieces
- Water - 1½ liters
- 3% Vinegar - 5 fl oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Salt - 1 tablespoon

Chop the cabbage into small squares, slice the carrots into thin rounds, and slice the garlic thinly.
Step 2
Combine the prepared vegetables, add sliced chili peppers to taste, chopped dill, coriander seeds, pour in the vegetable oil, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add sugar, salt, and vinegar to the water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the cabbage, mix well, cover with a lid, and let it sit in a warm place for 2-3 days.
Step 5
Then transfer to the refrigerator. After 1-2 days, the cabbage is ready. Store in a cool place.
