Ingredients
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 15.9 oz
- Fajitas sauce - ½ cup
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ tablespoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Tortillas - 8 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves - 2 cups
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix mascarpone, salsa, chili, and salt until smooth. In another bowl, place diced avocado and drizzle with lime juice to prevent browning.
Step 2
Trim the edges of each tortilla to create squares. Spread 3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on each. Then, add pieces of avocado and slices of red and yellow bell peppers. Roll the tortillas into rolls and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-6 hours.
Step 3
Before serving, slice the rolls into small rounds and place on a plate. Serve with salsa.
