- White Beans - 1 can
- Romaine lettuce - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Nigella Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cumin - a pinch
- Scallions - 4 stalks
- Sweet Chili Sauce - to taste
- Natural Yogurt - 5.3 oz
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - 6 pieces
- Lime - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.7 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the minced meat in a skillet coated with olive oil and sauté until golden brown. Season the meat with paprika and fennel seeds, reduce the heat, and stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Step 2
Sauté the garlic in olive oil for about 2 minutes, while simultaneously chopping the green onions into approximately 1.5 cm cubes. Add the chopped green onions to the garlic and cook for about 3 minutes until softened, then sprinkle with cumin seeds.
Step 3
Add the black beans along with their juice, bring to a boil, then season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and simmer until creamy.
Step 4
Thinly slice the lettuce and parsley. Dice the tomatoes and avocado, and finely chop the chili pepper. The apple can be grated or cut into small strips. Place the salad in a deep bowl and dress it with the juice of a whole lime and soy sauce.
Step 5
Place the tacos on a stand and fill them one by one. Start by adding a layer of black bean puree with green onions, then add the filling, and top it off with salad. You can dress everything with fat-free yogurt or sour cream, adding sweet chili sauce for extra flavor.
