  • Celery salt - 1 bunch
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1

Coat the prepared chicken with melted butter, season with salt and pepper, and bake in the microwave at maximum power for 25–30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 2

Allow the cooked chicken to rest and cool, then remove the bones and cut the meat into small pieces.

Step 3
