Ingredients
- Soy Meat - 8.8 oz
- Carrot - 17.6 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander essential oil - 4 teaspoons
- Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vinegar essence - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the asparagus until ready (the time and amount of water changes depending on the producer). The asparagus should have a slightly 'rubbery' texture.
Step 2
Drain the asparagus and rinse it with cold water. Cut into pieces of 4–5 cm.
Step 3
Peel the carrot and grate it.
Step 4
Place the grated carrot in a deep bowl, add salt, sugar, vinegar, mix, and then knead with your hands until juice appears. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Peel the onion, slice it into thin rings, and lightly fry for 1–2 minutes in a heated skillet with vegetable oil.
Step 6
Crush the coriander and mix it with the 3 types of ground pepper. Add to the skillet, and squeeze in the garlic. Fry for another minute.
Step 7
Add the asparagus to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce, and mix. Fry everything together for 1–2 minutes.
Step 8
Transfer the contents of the skillet to the bowl with the carrot and mix.
