Ingredients
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 5.3 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 5.3 oz
- Smoked Ham on the Bone - 3.5 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Cream 22% - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pot, add flour, and sauté. Dilute with chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes, slice them, and sauté in a pan until soft, then strain through a sieve and add to the pot.
Step 3
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain, and cut into pieces about 0.5 cm.
Step 4
Wash the mushrooms, boil them, and slice thinly. Cut the ham into thin strips. Add the pasta, mushrooms, and ham to the pot with the soup and bring to a boil, stirring. Simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
Step 5
Beat the yolks with the remaining butter, mix with the cream, and pour the resulting sauce into the slightly cooled soup before serving.
