- Puff Pastry - 8.8 oz
- Feta cheese - 8.8 oz
- Herbs - 0.4 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 4 fl oz
- Potato - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slightly thaw the pastry, cut it into 4 pieces. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put it in a cold oven. Turn the oven on to 356°F.
Step 2
Bake until the pastry rises and turns golden brown, approximately 45 minutes.
Step 3
Whip the yogurt, feta cheese, and finely chopped herbs (dill, parsley) into a cream using a mixer.
Step 4
When the pastry is ready, break it into several parts. Spread the feta cream on the layers.
Step 5
Spread cream on top and garnish with finely chopped tomato and herbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
