Description

This is essentially a lighter version of a salad, but without layers and carrots, instead cleverly wrapped in thin wheat lavash. The combination turned out excellent: the lavash absorbs the fats beautifully and highlights the vibrant character of the salad.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
  • Canned Mackerel in Oil - 1 can
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Dill - to taste
  • Scallions - to taste
  • Armenian Lavash - 3 pieces
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Lay out the lavash. Spread mayonnaise on each sheet. Grate eggs on one, cheese on the second, and mash the saury with a fork on the third. Sprinkle each sheet with onion and dill on top.

Step 2

Roll the first sheet into a roll. Place it at the beginning of the second sheet and continue rolling. Then place it at the beginning of the third sheet and roll the roll to the end. Put it in a bag and send it to the refrigerator (best overnight, it will soak better).
