Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1.1 oz
- Brussels Sprouts - 0.9 oz
- Parsley - 0.1 oz
- Chinese green beans - 0.7 oz
- Carrot - 0.7 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
- Cauliflower - 0.9 oz
- Marinated cherries - 1.4 oz
- Broccoli - 0.9 oz
- Penne rigate - 1.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 0.7 oz
- Courgette - 0.7 oz
- Basil - 0.3 oz
- Celery stalk - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Green Peas - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the penne for 9 minutes in boiling salted water.
Step 2
Dice the celery, carrot, bell pepper, and onion into 1x1 cm cubes and sauté in olive oil for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the sautéed vegetables to 400 ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the remaining vegetables.
Step 5
Add the chopped vegetables, except for the cherry tomatoes and chili, along with the green peas to the soup, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 6
At the end of cooking, add the cherry tomatoes, 3 thin slices of chili, and the cooked penne.
Step 7
Serve the soup in bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and basil, and enjoy.
