Description
For this dish, you will need pizza dough. You can buy ready-made dough, but for those who prefer to control the cooking process from start to finish, there is an alternative option: make the dough yourself.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 1½ teaspoons
- Feta cheese - to taste
- Cheshire Cheese - to taste
- Salmon - to taste
- Melted Cheese - to taste
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Tomatoes - to taste
- Bacon - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: load the ingredients into the bread maker (yeast – 1.5 teaspoons, flour – 400 g, sugar – 1 teaspoon, salt – 0.5 teaspoon, vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons, water – 250 ml). Set it to the 'pizza dough' setting. Once ready, place the dough in the refrigerator, then roll it out. Place the rolled dough into an ice cube tray, creating indentations. In each cavity, add salmon, sour cream, and dill. In other cavities, you can add cheese and bacon. In the next ones, you can add mozzarella and basil, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
Step 2
Then cover with another layer of rolled-out dough, take a rolling pin and roll out the dough (which covered the calzones); this way, the dough will take the shape of the holes in the ice cube tray. Then put all this in the refrigerator. After 20 minutes, take it out, cut it into portions, and bake for 25 minutes at 356°F.
Step 3
Remove the finished mini-pizzas, place them on a plate, and serve with your favorite sauce.
