- Peppermint leaves - 1 bunch
- Lemon - 3 pieces
- Ginger - 1.8 oz
- Raw cane sugar - 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Slice the ginger thinly (2/3 of the total amount).
Step 2
Cut 2 lemons into wedges.
Step 3
Bring water to a boil, add sugar, ginger, lemons, and half of the mint. Boil for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Let it cool and strain.
Step 5
Add the remaining fresh mint, ginger, lemon wedges, and ice to the lemonade.
Step 6
Serve in a pitcher.
