Ingredients
- Tofu - 3.2 oz
- Dashi powder - 1 qt
- Miso Paste - 4 tablespoons
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 0.4 oz
- Scallions - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tofu into 1x1 cm cubes.
Step 2
Dissolve the dry dashi broth in water and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and add the wakame seaweed. Cook for 1–3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour some of the broth into a cup and dissolve the miso paste in it, then pour the mixture back into the pot.
Step 4
Add the tofu to the pot with the broth and heat it for 1 minute. Serve the soup in warm bowls immediately, garnished with chopped green onion on top.
