  • Miso Paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Dark red seaweed - 1.8 oz
  • Cauliflower - 10.6 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Canned Baby Beets - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the dashi broth. To do this, soak the dried seaweed in water and bring to a boil. Add the miso paste, salt, and cook for 1 minute.

Step 2

Cook the cauliflower and separate it into florets.

Step 3

Rinse the canned beans. Add the cauliflower and beans to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes.
