Miso soup with shrimp, wheat noodles, and wakame seaweed
Ingredients
- Water - 1 qt
- Black Bean Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Wakame Seaweed - ½ tablespoon
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 5.3 oz
- Egg noodles for wok - 1.8 oz
- Scallions - to taste
- Dashi powder - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the dashi broth powder to the water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Pour a little broth into a separate bowl and dissolve the miso paste in it. Pour back into the pot and mix well.
Step 3
Add the shrimp, noodles, and previously soaked wakame. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve in bowls. Add green onion.
