- Water - 4 cups
- Miso Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Wakame Seaweed - 1 tablespoon
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
- Herbed Tofu - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - to taste
- "Dry Hondashi Broth" - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the wakame in cold water, then drain and chop finely after a few minutes. Slice the green onion into rings and cut the tofu into cubes.
Step 2
Add the dashi to the boiling water and stir. Reduce the heat. In a separate bowl, mix the miso paste with the broth, then pour it into the pot and remove from heat.
Step 3
Distribute the tofu, wakame, and green onion into bowls, pour the soup over, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
