Description

- Meat - 17.6 oz
- Meat - 10.6 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 4 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Tomato Puree - 2 spoons
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Lemon - ¼ pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 2 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion, lightly sauté it, and then simmer with tomato and oil, adding a bit of broth.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers, cut them in half, and slice them.
Step 3
Slice the meat products into thin pieces and place them in a pot with the prepared onions. Add the cucumbers, capers, salt, bay leaf, pour in the broth, and cook for 5-10 minutes. You can also add sliced tomatoes.
Step 4
When serving the solyanka, add sour cream, olives, slices of lemon peeled of its skin, and finely chopped parsley or dill.
