Ingredients
- Beef - 12.3 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 8.8 oz
- Ham - 8.8 oz
- Sausages - 2 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 4 pieces
- Cucumber Brine - ½ cup
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the meat in a pot of water, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, and cook until done.

Stir, season with salt, and keep on heat until boiling.

Slice the onions into quarter rings.
Step 3
Cut the cucumbers, sausage, and ham into thin strips.
Step 4
Slice the sausages into rounds.

In a skillet, sauté the onions in oil.

Add the sausage, ham, and cucumbers, and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the tomato paste, pour in a little water, and simmer.

Cool the meat, cut it into strips, and add it to the broth with the sautéed mixture.

Add the olives. Pour in the brine and add the sausages.
