Ingredients
- Monin Mint Syrup - 0 fl oz
- Milk - to taste
- Chocolate - 5 fl oz
- Espresso - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Froth the milk.
Step 2
Whisk the hot chocolate with the milk.
Step 3
Add the appropriate amount of mint syrup to the cup.
Step 4
Pour 60 ml of espresso into the cup over the syrup.
Step 5
Pour the whipped hot chocolate into the center of the espresso until it is 1 cm from the top of the cup.
Step 6
Pour the frothed milk into the center of the hot chocolate to create a ring in the middle.
Step 7
Check that you have formed 3 rings on top of the drink: a ring of cream around the edges of the cup, a ring of hot chocolate, and a ring of frothed milk in the center.
