  • Morels - 17.6 oz
  • Cheese Spread - 0.9 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the roots of the morels from dirt, then rinse the mushrooms and place them in boiling water for 10 minutes, and then rinse again in cold water.

Step 2

Cut the prepared mushrooms into small pieces, season with salt, place in a skillet, and sauté in oil; then sprinkle with flour, sauté again, add sour cream, bring to a boil, and sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with oil, and bake in the oven.

Step 3

Sprinkle the finished morels with chopped parsley.
