- Lentils - 2.8 oz
- Safflower Oil - 0 fl oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Dried Apricots - 0.4 oz
- Walnuts - 0.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the lentils, rinse them, and cook until almost done, then add salt.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped onion sautéed in oil, crushed walnut kernels, rinsed dried apricots, and cook for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Serve the mshosh on a plate. Sprinkle with black pepper and parsley.
